I think you have to buy them separately. Unless you get the half life pack.
ARGHHHHH! What’s annoying is that if I buy The Orange Box [featuring Portal and Team Fortress 2, which I both own.. lol got for free on Steam promotions] it works out cheaper than getting them separate, but still about £4 more than the entire Half-Life bundle itself! Are the extra ancient games worth it? Only time will tell…
